Manoj brings over four decades of experience across Indian and international equity markets. He served as Chairman of B&K Securities from 1990 until its acquisition by 360 ONE WAM in 2025. Over the years, he has built deep expertise in capital markets, investing and business building, with a long-standing focus on disciplined capital allocation and enduring relationships.
Chief Investment Officer
Rohan brings over fifteen years of experience across public markets, healthcare and entrepreneurship. His investment approach is rooted in patient capital, deep fundamental research and a preference for backing high-quality businesses led by ambitious, ethical entrepreneurs. He has a particular interest in manufacturing, healthcare and emerging sectors.
Senior Research Analyst
Piyush brings experience across finance strategy, business planning and cash flow management, having worked with Tata Trusts, Zetwerk and private equity-backed companies. His operating background gives him a practical lens on evaluating businesses, with a focus on how strategy translates into execution and which financial assumptions hold up over time.
Chief Financial Officer
Omprakash brings over two decades of experience across finance, taxation, corporate law and regulatory compliance. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he has worked across listed and unlisted businesses, with particular expertise in SEBI regulations and corporate restructuring. He has also played key roles in cross-border regulatory set-ups and complex M&A transactions.
